Pleasant lovely family run place, it has magnificent location just off the arcades, the back garden, and clean. I appreciated amazing friendly personnel that ensures guests have a very very good stay.

No complaints, the hotel met what was needed. Everything was superb, absolutely perfect location short walk to the front amusements, the pubs, and a stone's throw from the Pleasure Beach, excellent staff. The food was good, I greatly enjoyed toast, fresh bread, and cereal served in the morning. The room was well decorated with smoke detectors for safety measures.

Spent 2 nights here with my dog, had a real good stay overall. The service was excellent, that made the hotel lovely little and reasonably priced place.

Nicely decorated and good sized room with own bathroom and coffee and tea/coffee. Painless check-in, late check-out, active staff.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms for our one-night stay. The location was great, close to major attractions like the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast option could have been improved, as it took a bit too long to be served and the dining room had a strong smell of grease.

Homely and overall clean place, the rooms are en suite. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. There is lots of brilliant food for breakfast.
